Do you have a bio (or full “about us” page) and contact information on your blog? If you do, you’re doing better than most owners of business blogs. Neglecting to have this info posted is a common mistake in business blogging.
I’m guilty of this myself, on this blog among others. I need to fix that. And the sad thing is that I knew I should have that information loaded, I just neglected to do it. Now it’s going on a “to do list.” That’s the first step before it actually gets done.
The other “mistake” that I might be making is having too many blogs. But, since most of them are on completely unrelated topics, I don’t see a way around that. My semi-regular blogs are:
The last “mistake” the article discusses that I’m going to mention as well (because it’s a pet peeve) is “Making Commenting All But Impossible.” Please, please, please STOP THIS! I beg of you, please don’t make it hard to comment on your site. I will give up.
